  • Can I print individual nutrients on my menus?

    Yes, you can! Go to schools.mealviewer.com, search for a school in your district, select that school, then select the print icon on top right hand side of the screen. On the right hand side, there are many different options of what you can include on your print menu, at the top it says: “Nutritional.” Select the nutrient you would like, and you will see it appear on your menu.

  • Will I be logged out if I exit out of the MealViewer website?

    No, you will not. You will be logged in to that device until you select to “log out” of your account.

  • Can I sync my app profile to my profile online?

    You sure can! When you go to schools.mealviewer.com underneath the search bar, you can select to login. If you were to make a change on your profile on the website, then this change will be reflected when you open your app next.

  • What key words can I use to search for my or my child’s school on schools.mealviewer?

    When searching for your school, you can search the name of the school, the district that the school is located in, or the city that the school is located in.

  • Can I print my allergen information on my or my child’s print menu?

    Yes! In MealViewer’s new print feature, you can select a user profile and those profile settings will be automatically added to that menu. You can also add favorites, nutritional information, and item headers!

  • MealViewer has a new print feature, but I like the old PDF print menus, are those still available?

    Yes! When you click the print icon on your menu, you will be directed to MealViewer’s new print feature. Underneath the “Print Now” button, it says: “ Looking for PDF prints? Click here.” There you will find your PDF menus to print.

  • How do I delete a profile?

    If you need to remove a profile, please contact MealViewer by opening the side menu and click on the Contact Support button under the App Info tab. Or you can email us at support@mealviewer.com

  • How do I delete/edit a school?

    Please contact MealViewer by opening the side menu and click on the Contact Support button under the App Info tab. Or you can email us at support@mealviewer.com.

  • How do I add new profiles?

    Open the side menu by tapping on the menu icon in the top right corner.

    Open User Settings by tapping the User Settings button near the bottom of the side menu.

    Tap the Add Profile button. If you don’t see the button, tap on right arrow until the button appears

  • How do I sync my profiles I have on the website?

    Open the side menu by tapping on the menu icon in the top right corner.

    Open User Settings by tapping the User Settings button near the bottom of the side menu.

    Tap on the Login/Create an Account

    If you already created an account, click Login

    Enter your email address

    After entering your email address, you should receive an email with your log in code (you will receive a new code each time you enter your email address)

    Enter the code in your email and click on the next button.

    Your user profiles will be downloaded to the app.
